We will guide you through the process from application to drawdown and liaise as required with the other professional parties to the transaction, such as lenders, surveyors and solicitors.

 

Our lending processes integrate seamlessly within personal and corporate financial services to ensure that your insurance needs are assessed to. Where financial solutions come from various external sources and from disciplines within our organisation, you can be assured that we will carefully co-ordinate the process to save you time and money.

 

Paying for our services

 

We do not normally charge for our initial assessment of your needs. At the point where we undertake to make an application for funding on your behalf a fee will become payable towards our costs incurred for the application. This will be advised in advance and is non-refundable. The remainder of our remuneration generally is met by commission paid upon completion of the deal. If this is not the case, or there are additional costs to be met by you, will be agreed between us in advance.
